he was talking about the paperwork, but has bad timing... nonetheless, he seems intent on continually asking for less rights, or more restrictions upon his rights, because he thinks that the rights i'm giving him aren't good enough, or thorough enough, or something of the sort.
no, that doesn't make sense to me either.
